My approach is deeply rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. My educational background includes degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Boston University, specializing in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. My passions lies in trauma and identity work and I see adults, couples, and children.
